Pricing questions, answered honestly
What counts as a scored CV?
Each candidate CV that OctoRecruit parses and rates with an AI score (1–10 plus a reason) counts as one scored CV for that month. Re-opening or re-reading an already-scored candidate does not count again. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you have already paid for.
How does early access work?
We're rolling out access to a limited group of recruitment agencies. Submit your request on the early-access page and we'll be in touch once a spot opens. We'll walk you through the plans and pricing before any commitment is required — no card, no obligation.
Do you store candidate data?
Yes — candidate records, CVs and email threads are stored in your account so you can review and act on them. Data is isolated per account with Supabase Row-Level Security, stored OAuth tokens are encrypted (AES-GCM), and candidate data is never used to train AI models. See our security page for details.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees. The Agency plan includes dedicated onboarding at no extra cost; on every plan you can connect a mailbox and start scoring CVs the same day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — no forms, no phone calls. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Can I export my candidate data?
Yes. You can export all your candidate data as a CSV file at any time from your pipeline settings. Your data is yours — we never lock it in.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export or re-activate. After 30 days, all candidate data is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure). You can also request immediate deletion at any time by contacting support.
